Job summary

The Loft at Linn Memory Care Assisted Living is seeking per diem CNAs to join our compassionate memory care team in East Providence, RI. You will assist residents with ADLs, provide companionship, and support engaging activities, while maintaining safety and dignity.

Qualified candidates must hold a RI CNA license, have a minimum of a high school diploma, and be able to lift residents. Prior long-term care or dementia experience is preferred; we value teamwork and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold Rhode Island CNA license.
• 12th grade education or higher.
• Experience in long-term care or dementia care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and lift residents when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior.
• Respect residents' rights and collaborate to create care plans.
