Job summary

The Loft at Linn Memory Care Assisted Living, part of Aldersbridge Communities, is seeking a full-time Resident Care Associate (C.M.T.) for the 11 PM–7 AM shift in East Providence, RI. The role focuses on memory care, daily living activities, and medication administration within a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing emotional support, and ensuring residents' rights and safety.

Qualifications

• Must possess, at a minimum, a 12th-grade education.
• Graduated from an approved State Training Program in Drug Administration.
• Must be a licensed CNA in accordance with Rhode Island laws and be a Certified Med Tech.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior.
• Ensure residents' rights are respected at all times.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.

The Loft at Linn Memory Care Assisted Living is looking for a full-time 11PM-7AM C.M.T. (Certified Medication Technician) to join our team. The Loft at Linn is a Memory Care Assisted Living facility located in East Providence, RI.

Join our team as a Resident Care Associate (C.M.T.) and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents every day.

11PM-7AM, 37.50 hours per week. This position includes every other weekend.

Shift Differentials

M-F: $1.75/hour

S-S: $2.25/hour

Overview

The Resident Care Associate/Resident Assistant (C.M.T.) provides a wide range of programs based on a resident’s abilities and interests. This position arranges daily and individual activities that incorporate interaction and cognitive stimulation with a personalized, warm approach. The Resident Assistant (C.M.T.) provides residents with routine daily care and services including providing assistance during meals, ADLs, and helping to provide for the general comfort and wellness of the residents of the Memory Care Program.

Education

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in accordance with laws of this State and must be licensed Certified Med Tech. Must have an active BLS card.
• Experience in long-term care, dementia care is preferred
• Knowledge of resident rights and person-centered care practices
• Ability to lift and move residents when necessary
• Familiarity with home community care, memory care, direct support, or home care services is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
