Chapters Health System, Inc. is seeking a Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant in Ocala, FL. The role involves providing personal care and homemaker assistance under RN supervision, following a defined Plan of Care and Company policies.

The position requires CNA certification in Florida, a minimum of six months of CNA or Home Health Aide experience, and an active BLS certificate. Must have reliable transportation and ability to lift and assist patients as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Minimum of six months CNA or Home Health Aide experience preferred.
• Active BLS for healthcare professionals from AHA or Red Cross.
• For existing Hope employees: BLS by 2025-01-01.
• For Capital Caring employees: BLS by 2024-11-01.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Company professionally at all times through care delivered and services provided.
• Comply with all regulations, policies and standard practices.
• Observe health, safety and security practices and protect patient confidentiality.
• Provide patient and caregiver support according to the Plan of Care.
• Under RN supervision, perform activities of daily living and other duties as assigned.
• Communicate observations to RN or Clinical Manager.
• Flexibility to report to work during emergencies to ensure continuity of services.
