Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification in the state where employed.
• BLS for healthcare professionals from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Minimum of six months CNA or Home Health Aide experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and homemaker assistance under RN direction.
• Perform defined nursing procedures as allowed by scope of practice.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and home safety.
• Transport supplies and documents as needed for the Plan of Care.
• Communicate observations and changes to the RN/Clinical Manager.
