Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Per-Diem Clinical Nurse Educator - Faculty to collaborate within the healthcare system and support undergraduate nursing programs across the Coastal Region (Brunswick, Rockport, Belfast and Damariscotta).

The role promotes the learning outcomes of MaineHealth and the Maine Nursing Programs by providing clinical instruction and student assessment to meet program requirements and NCLEX-RN eligibility.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience; teaching experience in nursing is preferred.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or BSN required, matriculating into a Master’s program upon hire.
• Current RN license and BLS within 30 days of start date; Nursing Education certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback for undergraduate Nursing program curriculum development.
• Facilitate clinical learning opportunities and student assessment to meet NCLEX-RN requirements.
