Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED required.
• Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (California) is required.
• Experience with high-volume laboratory testing and proficiency in automated/manual methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Upholds Kaiser Permanente policies and procedures and applicable laws.
• Performs and reports test results for clinical laboratory procedures.
• Troubleshoots equipment and test methods.
• Instructs and guides CLS students and staff in laboratory procedures.
• Maintains safety and QA/QC across the department.
