Per Diem Clinical Educator - Registered Nurse - South Central US

IQVIA, a global leader in healthcare solutions, is seeking experienced Per-Diem RN Clinical Educators to train and educate healthcare professionals on infusion pump medical devices used in critical care and oncology units. This role focuses solely on training and education, with no sales or bedside care responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff on medical device implementation.
  • Assess educational needs and collaborate to deliver effective training.
  • Utilize clinical expertise to answer questions and address concerns regarding medical devices.
  • Provide updates, reports, and feedback to clients during and after in-service sessions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and RN License.
  • At least 2+ years of ICU, Oncology, ER, or critical care experience within the past 5 years.
  • Comfort with basic software programs.
  • Strong professional and group collaboration skills.
  • Compliance with client vaccination requirements may be necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN Degree.
  • Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor).
  • Experience with IV pumps and pump education.

This position offers supplemental income, with a pay range of $38.00-$41.00 per hour, and may include additional incentives and benefits.
