Job summary

Corewell Health's Helen DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids is seeking board eligible or certified child and adolescent psychiatrists to join a new 12-bed pediatric medical psychiatry unit on a per diem basis.

The role includes onsite weekend coverage, weekly overnight on-call, and travel support for non-local physicians. HDVCH combines world-class pediatric care with a mission to improve outcomes for every child.

Qualifications

• MD/DO; BC Psychiatry, BC/BE Child & Adolescent Psychiatry; Full License State of Michigan or ability to obtain
• Board certification or eligibility in child and adolescent psychiatry is required
• Per diem/contract work acceptable for this role

Responsibilities

• Onsite Saturday & Sunday coverage for the pediatric medical psychiatric unit (admissions and rounds)
• Offsite weekly overnight call coverage
• Travel and accommodations provided for non-local psychiatrists as needed
