The practice offers 90‑minute evaluations and 30‑minute follow ups, Epic EMR, teaching opportunities with residents and medical students, and comprehensive psychology, psychotherapy, and nursing support. Salary is $330,000 base with bonus eligibility and relocation as offered.

• License - Michigan MD/DO
• Certification – BLS
