Job summary

Lifepoint Health® is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) for Starr Regional Medical Center in Athens, Tennessee. In this per diem role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, supervising nursing staff, and establishing care plans tailored to patient conditions.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at the time of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support required within 6 months of hire or department transfer.
• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with the State of Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient’s condition.
• Establish a plan of care appropriate to patient needs.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff during assigned shift.
• Evaluate effectiveness of patient care and adjust as needed.
