Ingraham Manor Rehab and Nursing in Bristol, CT is seeking an experienced LPN or RN Charge Nurse for per diem coverage. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and supervise a team of LPNs, CNAs, and support staff.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, monitor progress, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes and nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Connecticut.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing treatments.
• Lead and mentor a team of nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and nursing practice.
