Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Experience in SNF setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care.
• Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide on-call coverage every 6-8 weekends to ensure continuity of care.
