Job summary

Ennoble Care, a home-based care provider, seeks a compassionate Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant for the Kansas City, KS region. You will visit patients at home, assist with daily living activities, and support nursing staff in a hospice-friendly setting.

Responsibilities include ADL support, personal care, and early reporting of changes in condition. Licensing in KS, valid driver’s license, and bilingual capabilities are valued; all qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid KS CNA license.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• English not required; Spanish (Se Habla Español) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages 5-6 patient visits per day.
• Provides or assists in ADL activities and personal care.
• Assists with toileting, positioning, and transfers.
• Supports ROM and exercise as taught by Hospice Nurse.
• Performs light housekeeping in the patient's unit and handles laundry.
• Feeds and assists with meals.
• Reports changes in patient condition to the Nurse.
