Job summary

Saint Agnes Medical Center is seeking a Mammographer for the PD Extra Staffing role. The successful candidate will perform routine and specialized mammographic and breast ultrasound examinations, and assist radiologists during procedures.

A high level of patient care, communication, and PACS proficiency is essential. Requirements include CA CRT in Radiology and Mammography, MQSA qualifications, and recent breast imaging experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CRT radiology and mammography certification in California required.
• Must meet MQSA qualifications for digital and 3D Mammography.
• AHA Healthcare Provider CPR card required.
• Advanced ARRT in Mammography preferred.
• ACR staff qualifications for targeted breast biopsies preferred.
• Recent mammography/breast ultrasound/interventional breast experience required.
• Knowledge of breast anatomy, QC and application to exams required.
• Ability to judge image quality and coordinate with radiologists and PACS.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized mammographic and breast ultrasound examinations and procedures.
• Conduct interventional breast procedures and assist radiologists as needed.
• Provide patient care and ensure safe, accurate imaging and documentation.
