Job summary

Adams Clinical is seeking a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide flexible, on-site clinical support at our New York City locations. This role centers on administering Botox injections for chronic migraine within FDA-regulated clinical trials and includes other protocol-driven duties.

The ideal candidate holds NY RN license and NY CRNP or PA license with NCCPA, plus 2+ years NP/PA experience. On-site availability for at least 2 weekdays per week is required.

Qualifications

• BOTOX® injection experience required.
• New York RN license and NY CRNP or PA license with national certification.
• 2+ years NP/PA experience preferred.
• Injection experience with chronic migraine is a plus.
• Per diem availability: on-site at least 2 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical support at least 2 weekdays per week.
• IV placement and initiation/monitoring of infusions as per protocol.
• Administer subcutaneous and intramuscular injections per study protocols.
• Assist with handling of investigational product and documentation.
• Perform physical exams and assess protocol-required results and data.
• Identify significant findings and report to investigators.
• Assist with difficult phlebotomy and IV placement as needed.
• Review medical records and reconcile patient history.
• Document adverse events and regulatory reporting.
• Support on-site during emergencies and ensure timely documentation.
