Job summary

Adams Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support a chronic migraine clinical trial in Philadelphia. The role involves Botox injections and broad clinical duties under the supervision of physicians and operations leaders.

Responsibilities include IV placement and infusions, injections, phlebotomy, chart reviews, and regulatory-compliant documentation. Prior injection experience and ability to work a per diem schedule are required.

Qualifications

• BOTOX injection experience required.
• 2+ years of NP/PA experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow study protocols.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical support at least 2 weekdays per week.
• Perform IV placement and infusion monitoring.
• Administer injections (subcutaneous and intramuscular).
• Prepare and handle investigational product as needed.
• Conduct physical exams and protocol-required assessments.
• Review lab results, ECGs, vitals with investigators.
• Identify significant findings and ensure safety.
• Assist with difficult phlebotomy and IV placement.
• Review medical records and reconcile history.
• Document adverse events and concomitant medications.
• Report Serious Adverse Events per regulatory guidelines.
• Provide on-site support during emergencies.
• Document assessments and procedures accurately.
