Job summary

Provision People is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA support to children and adolescents in clinic, home, and school settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help clients develop communication, social, and independent living skills through ABA.

This role offers paid training, flexible appointment-based scheduling, mileage reimbursement, cancellation pay, tuition assistance, and clear pathways toward RBT, BCBA, or administrative roles.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: 6+ months of experience working with children or adolescents with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support to clients under BCBA supervision.
  • Implement ABA-based treatment plans and interventions.
  • Help clients develop communication, social, and independent living skills.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment teams.
  • Follow treatment plans and support ABA-related education.
  • Collect and maintain accurate client data.
  • Manage client program materials and maintain positive therapeutic relationships.
  • Work a flexible, appointment-based schedule based on client needs.

Job description

We are seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BHTs) to provide one-on-one support to children and adolescents in clinic, home, and/or school settings. Working under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will help clients develop communication, social, and independent living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Local travel: approximately 20%.
  • Business hours generally between 7 AM and 7 PM, depending on assigned appointments.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform physical activities including walking and bending.
