Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a licensed beautician to provide salon and grooming services in a skilled nursing facility on a per diem, independent contractor basis. The role offers flexible scheduling and compensation paid directly via 1099.

You will work within a facility setting, delivering high-quality grooming services to residents. The ideal candidate has a valid cosmetology license, at least 3 years of experience, and prior exposure to seniors or healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid cosmetology license.
• Minimum 3 years of professional beautician experience.
• Experience with seniors or in healthcare setting preferred.
• Proof of liability insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide haircuts, shampoo and sets, trims, and other grooming services.
• Ensure services are performed safely and in accordance with state board regulations.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized workstation.
