Job summary

OPS Security Group is seeking Per Diem Armed Security Officers in Philadelphia, PA (ACT 235 required). The role requires at least one year of armed security experience, the ability to pass OPS Security Group's ASO Training, and the flexibility to work on an as-needed basis with a minimum of 16 hours per month.

Per diem officers are scheduled by the supervisor as coverage is needed. Compensation is $20-$25 hourly, with three medical plan choices, an optional Health Savings Account, vision

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in armed security.
• Must be able to pass OPS Security Group's ASO Training.
• Per diem role with scheduling on an as-needed basis and a minimum of 16 hours per month.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level customer service on demand
• Respond to emergencies and incidents
• Deterrence and prevention of crime
• Control ingress/egress procedures
• Complete daily logs and incident reports
• Conduct regular walking/vehicle patrols
• Maintain professional rapport with clients and guests
• De-escalate conflicts and manage CCTV monitoring
