Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Per Diem Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team in Natick, MA. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a value-based system supported by EPIC EMR.

As part of Optum, you will work in a patient-centered environment with access to specialists and a broad care network, delivering care across all ages in urgent care settings.

Qualifications

• Board Certification eligibility for PA or FNP.
• Active DEA registration.
• 3+ years in urgent care or emergency medicine.
• Licensure to practice in Massachusetts.
• Ability to work per diem schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality urgent care in a per diem role.
• See about 2 patients per hour with a focus on value-based care.
• Collaborate with specialists and use the EPIC EMR system.
• Support patient-centered, high-quality care.
