Qualifications

• M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited College of Medicine.
• ECFMC and FLEX certification required.
• Completion of approved residency in anesthesia is needed.
• Currently licensed as a physician.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and coordinating activities in the Anesthesia Department.
• Medical management of patients rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments.
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients.
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patients' physiological conditions.
• Perform clinical interventions as needed.
