Qualifications

• Current Registered Professional Nurse in NY.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; Associate may be approved.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and collect patient health history.
• Record information in electronic health record.
• Administer medications and provide wound care.
• Triage patient concerns via phone and in-person visits.
• Coordinate care with licensed providers and supervise support staff.
