Primary Location: Kalispell, Montana

Starting at: $19.00 hourly

Work Hours: 6 am to finish

Position: Pepsi Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange products on shelves, showcases, and sales floors according to plans approved by management.
  • Place price and descriptive signs on merchandise, fixtures, and backdrops.
  • Transfer products from stock rooms to displays, ensuring compliance with 'Sell By' dates and optimizing stock levels.
  • Order products for assigned accounts to prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Create or follow display ideas as directed by management.
  • Communicate daily with store personnel regarding service or product needs.
  • Assemble display aids from POS materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must meet company driver qualifications.

Skills:

  • Ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Basic math skills, including understanding of rate, ratio, percent, and graphs.
  • Ability to follow instructions and solve problems involving concrete variables.

Competencies: Attendance, punctuality, attention to detail, customer service, dependability, productivity, safety, self-management.

Physical Demands: Must regularly stand, walk, handle objects, reach, talk, and hear. Occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally with assistance. Vision abilities required include close vision and focus adjustment.
