Job Description

Primary Location: Springville, Utah

Driver Trainee: Complete all required tasks in the CDL training program to become a local delivery driver. Candidates should provide excellent customer service to store owners and customers, effectively resolve complaints or discrepancies, and meet company driver qualifications with a valid driver's license. Candidates must demonstrate high accuracy and the ability to work independently. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds. Work environment includes outdoor weather conditions and exposure to airborne particles and fumes.

• Drive trucks to deliver beverage products in highway, rural, and city street conditions in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Work independently.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Record sales and delivery information.
• Operate computerized inventory and invoicing systems.
• Use hand trucks for loading and unloading.
• Collect or pick up empty containers.
• Perform truck loading, unloading, and load securing.
• Obtain customer signatures for pickups or deliveries.
• Clean inside of truck and perform daily inspections and routine maintenance.
• Wear company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
