Merger Integration & Carve-outs: Broaden your expertise, build your skillset

This role offers the chance to develop operational skills by working on some of the largest and most complex deals in the US, with direct client exposure and mentorship from top practitioners. You will be involved throughout the deal lifecycle, from pre-deal assessments to post-close execution.

Our MI&C service line employs a structured approach to create and capture value through mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures, and alliances. Services include due diligence, Integration Management Office, synergy planning, TSA, Day 1 Readiness, and post-close execution.

Manager Role:

• Lead workstreams or focus areas within the Integration Management Office, such as synergies, TSAs, Day 1 Readiness, and communications.
• Drive performance improvements in areas like strategic planning, operational consolidation, supply chain, IT integration, and customer management.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of recommendations and track progress against Day 1 and Day 100 objectives.

Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of professional experience in corporate or consulting roles, especially in merger integration, business transformation, or change management.
• Experience or exposure to the for-profit education sector and understanding of its key value drivers.
• Leadership in managing workstreams related to finance, HR, organizational design, communications, supply chain, sales effectiveness, marketing, or pricing.
• MBA preferred; excellent communication, initiative, critical thinking, and flexibility to travel up to 80%.
