This role offers the chance to develop operational skills by working on some of the largest and most complex deals in the US, with direct client exposure and mentorship from top practitioners. You will be involved throughout the deal lifecycle, from pre-deal assessments to post-close execution.
Our MI&C service line employs a structured approach to create and capture value through mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures, and alliances. Services include due diligence, Integration Management Office, synergy planning, TSA, Day 1 Readiness, and post-close execution.
