OVERVIEW:

A&M Fund Management Solutions collaborates with private equity managers to optimize their business operations. Our aim is to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and support PE firms in refining their operational functions through hands-on involvement.

CFO Services include:

• Strategic Analytics & Planning
• Performance Measurement & Management (Funds & Management Company)
• Business Transformation
• Investor Reporting
• Valuation
• Treasury Functions
• Operational Review and Improvement (e.g., HR, Administration, Technology, Insurance)

PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS:

Data Collection, Validation and Analysis

• Develop information requests based on project scope
• Lead client interviews to gather meaningful data
• Identify data gaps through analysis
• Challenge assumptions with fact-based analytics
• Deep dive into data, improve reporting, and develop forecasts
• Create storyline messages supported by facts and analyses

Project Management and Implementation

• Own and complete workstreams within the service pillars
• Review and contribute to all work products
• Set and align timelines with clients
• Develop financial models and presentations independently
• Create bespoke solutions as needed

Experience:

The salary range is $90,000 - $130,000 annually, with a discretionary bonus. Benefits include healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
