Versant is seeking a PEP Transmission Coordinator to support Transmission and Acquisition operations in a fast-paced live environment. This freelance role helps manage signal flow, routing, quality control, monitoring, and communication across assignment desk teams, bureaus, remote sites, control rooms, Versant partners, and affiliates.
The Transmission Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring live and recorded content is delivered clearly, reliably, and on time across news, entertainment, and sports coverage. This role helps keep teams connected during daily coverage, planned events, evolving stories, and breaking news.
This is an onsite role based in New Jersey and is required to be performed full-time from a Versant-designated worksite. Candidates must be flexible with assigned shifts to support relief coverage, breaking news, and a 24/7/365 operation. This role is overtime-eligible.
