Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Dove, DE area. No experience is required and paid training will teach you everything you need to know.

Eligible technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, totaling up to $800. As a Tire Technician, you’ll learn tire installation, rotation, and balancing, plus flat repairs, while following safety procedures and meeting delivery promises.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be available to work 5 days per week.
• No previous automotive experience is required.

We're looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Dove, DE area.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! We'll teach you everything you need to know through PAID TRAINING. Plus, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!

About the Position

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You'll receive hands-on training while learning valuable automotive skills and earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.

In addition to your guaranteed hourly rate, you'll have the opportunity to earn weekly incentive compensation based on the services you perform.
