Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in the Wilmington area is seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians. No experience is required, and you will receive PAID training as part of joining the Mavis Tire family.

Eligible technicians can earn guaranteed weekly incentive payments during the introductory period, totaling up to $800. As part of the nation’s largest automotive service organization, you’ll benefit from guaranteed hourly pay plus incentives and opportunities for career growth at 4,000+ locations.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.
• Willing to learn and follow safety procedures.

We're looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Wilmington, DE area.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! We'll teach you everything you need to know through PAID TRAINING. Plus, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!

About the Position

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You'll receive hands‑on training while learning valuable automotive skills and earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer‑promised delivery times
• Providing high‑quality automotive service as part of a fast‑paced team

In addition to your guaranteed hourly rate, you'll have the opportunity to earn weekly incentive compensation based on the services you perform.
