Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians at our Hackensack, NJ area service centers. No experience is required; you will receive paid training and earn weekly incentives during introductory period.

In this role you will install tires, rotate and balance tires, perform flat repairs, follow safety procedures, and help meet service promises while building your automotive career with a nationwide leader.

Qualifications

• No previous automotive experience is required.
• Paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.

We’re looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Hackensack, NJ area.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED!

We’ll teach you everything you need to know through PAID TRAINING. Plus, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!

About the Position

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you’ll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You’ll receive hands‑on training while learning valuable automotive skills and earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer‑promised delivery times
• Providing high-quality automotive service as part of a fast‑paced team

In addition to your guaranteed hourly rate, you’ll have the opportunity to earn weekly incentive compensation based on the services you perform.
