Job summary

Pep Boys and Mavis Tire in Glassboro, NJ are hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians. You will receive hands-on training and work on installing tires, rotating and balancing wheels, performing flat repairs, and other tire services, with no prior automotive experience required.

In addition to a guaranteed hourly rate, eligible technicians can earn weekly incentive payments during the introductory period, with bonus opportunities up to $800 total.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.
• No prior automotive experience required.

Responsibilities

We're looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Glassboro, NJ area.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED!

We'll teach you everything you need to know through PAID TRAINING. Plus, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!

About the Position

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You'll receive hands-on training while learning valuable automotive skills and earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times
