Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Bethlehem, PA service centers. Start strong with paid training and eligible Tire Technicians can earn guaranteed weekly bonuses during the introductory period.

You'll install tires and wheels, rotate and balance tires, perform flat repairs, and follow safety and service procedures as part of a fast-paced team. Along with your guaranteed hourly rate, you can earn weekly incentive compensation based on

We're looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Bethlehem, PA area.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED!

We'll teach you everything you need to know through PAID TRAINING. Plus, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!

About the Position

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You'll receive hands‑on training while learning valuable automotive skills and earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.

• Installing new tires and wheels
