Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians for our Pottstown, PA area service centers. This full-time role offers paid training and a guaranteed weekly bonus program during the introductory period, with potential earnings up to $800. You’ll join a large national service network and grow within the team.

Responsibilities include tire installation, rotation, balancing, repairs, and safe, efficient service. No prior automotive experience is required, and training starts on day one.

Qualifications

• Eligible Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during introductory period up to $800.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.

We're looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Pottstown, PA area.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED!

We'll teach you everything you need to know through PAID TRAINING. Plus, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!

About the Position

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You'll receive hands-on training while learning valuable automotive skills and earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.
