Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a seasoned PeopleTools Specialist to oversee architecture, installation, and ongoing operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments. You will ensure reliable performance and oversee upgrades and integrations in a remote U.S. setting.

The role involves scripting in Shell/Python/Ansible, administering WebLogic and related components, and mentoring junior engineers to sustain production environments across cloud and on‑premise platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PUM.
• Strong knowledge of WebLogic, Tuxedo, Oracle Database, and Linux/Unix.
• Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and PeopleSoft Cloud Manager.
• Strong scripting, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Job Title: PeopleTools Specialist

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)

Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000 Annually
