Job summary

Veriipro is looking for a skilled tester with over 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft testing across various modules including HCM, FSCM, and CRM. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless application functionality.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium and a strong foundation in SQL. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, alongside excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Skills

• Strong expertise in manual, functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, and PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF).
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, integrations, and module functionalities.
• Proficiency in SQL for test data validation and analysis.
• Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA and HP ALM.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies for PeopleSoft applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and performance testing.
• Design and maintain automation scripts and optimize automation coverage.
• Identify, log, track, and support resolution of defects and issues.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate business requirements.
• Support UAT activities, test data preparation, and production deployments.
• Monitor application performance and provide testing analysis and recommendations.
• Maintain testing documentation, reports, and quality metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud-based PeopleSoft environments.
• Certifications such as ISTQB or Oracle PeopleSoft certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
