Job description

PEOPLESOFT PAYROLL FUNCTIONAL RESOURCE

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a PeopleSoft Payroll Consultant for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:

Rate: $90/hr on W2
Location: REMOTE

Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years PeopleSoft experience.
  2. A strong focus on Core HR, Global HR, Benefits, NA Payroll, and Canadian Payroll modules in PeopleSoft 9.2.
  3. Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions is a plus.
  4. Solid understanding of setup tables, system integration, and HCM payroll processes and reporting, including year-end processing of U.S. W2s and Canadian T4s.
  5. Experience supporting company-specific needs for garnishments, union pay, FLSA overtime calculations, earnings calculations, employee deduction calculations, interfaces, and general ledger transactions.
  6. Comprehensive knowledge of payroll administration, including federal and state wage & hour and tax regulations, in a multi-state environment.
  7. Ability to research and analyze data to diagnose and resolve system issues.
  8. Ability to review and make recommendations of PUM/Tax Updates.
  9. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  10. Proficient using Microsoft Office tools.
