Job summary

TNTESOURCE LLC is seeking a remote part-time/seasonal PeopleSoft Administrator with a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience. Responsibilities include configuring and administering PeopleSoft applications, ensuring optimal system performance, and participating in upgrades and troubleshooting issues. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in IT, particularly in PeopleSoft and SQL technologies.

One of our direct customer in the Healthcare Industry has an opening for a rremote part-time/seasonal PeopleSoft Administrator.

• Bachelor’s degree required with emphasis in Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 years PeopleSoft 9.2 experience.
• Foundational knowledge of the Peoplesoft architecture.
• Familiarity with web technologies and server management.
• Assist in the administration and configuration of Peoplesoft applications, including monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Knowledge in the implementation and upgrading ofPeopleSoft FSCM and HCM applications for both PeopleTools and PUM upgrades, including experience with Change Assistant.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing activities to ensure smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
• Knowledge of latest Windows Server operating systems, and tools such as PowerShell.
• Experience with PeopleTools development environment and Phire.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management, Financial Management, and Supply Chain Management applications and integrations.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP connectivity, FTP, SMTP, ODBC and other applicationconnectivity tools and protocols.Knowledge of Active Directory and Public Key Infrastructure.
• Experience with current SQL Server technologies. Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases is a plus.
• Experience in open search, Dashboards, real time indexing in PeopleSoft
• Collaborate with other IT resources to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application performance and functionality.
• Document processes and procedures related to Peoplesoft administration and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, Microsoft Project, and Visio.
• Healthcare Industry background desirable
• Strong communication skills and good working knowledge of various business related applications
