Job summary

Infosys Oracle unit is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to drive Oracle based solutions and PeopleSoft integrations. You will document requirements, guide design decisions, and contribute to coding, testing, and deployment across ERP and HR systems.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery, while developing training materials and supporting production readiness. This role may require relocation and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft payroll and HR systems with complex customizations.
• Experience with payroll/benefits enhancements and integration with finance modules.
• Experience in PeopleSoft peoplecode and HCM global payroll.
• Experience with PeopleSoft tools, SQR, PS Query, BI/XML Publisher, SQL Server administration.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and guide design discussions.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features into applications.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training materials and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and improve system reliability.
• Maintain detailed development and testing records.
