Job summary

State of Ohio is seeking a skilled leader to oversee the RACM team managing OAKS Financials within PeopleSoft. This role leads Senior Business Transformation Analysts and ensures integration and enhancement of core financial modules.

The position requires strong project leadership, technical proficiency, and a commitment to continuous improvement in statewide financial operations. Criminal background checks apply after selection.

Qualifications

• Completion of undergraduate core coursework in business administration, public administration, information systems, engineering or comparable field.
• 3 yrs. exp. in business process transformation, organizational design, strategic human capital management &/or business process reengineering.
• 18 mos. exp. in software design &/or development commensurate with position to be filled.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the PeopleSoft Functional team for the OAKS Financials GL and KK modules and Oracle Cloud Budget & Planning system.
• Serve as GL lead, ensuring accurate account lines, guiding ledger adjustments, reconciling funds.
• Manage key PeopleSoft configurations including charts and allocations, and budget structures.
