Job summary

People Tech Group Inc. in Redmond, WA is seeking a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant onsite to design, customize, and support HCM 9.2 solutions.

You will work closely with business users to translate needs into technical designs and deliver robust PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Integration Broker developments. You will build and maintain Taleo and third-party integrations, optimize SQL/PLSQL performance, and provide ongoing production support in a full SDLC environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
• Functional expertise in Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, and Time & Labor.
• Technical development using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Packages, and Integration Broker.
• Experience with SQR, BI Publisher, Web Services, and PeopleSoft integrations.
• Integrations with Taleo, Benefits Vendors, and third-party systems.
• Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL and database performance tuning experience.
• Experience with SFTP/PSFTP, SSH, Cygwin, and PGP encryption/decryption.
• Experience with Process Scheduler, AutoSys, and STAT migration.
• Full SDLC experience including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ability to work directly with business users and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, code review, and 24x7 production support experience.

• Develop using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
• Create and maintain integrations with Taleo and external vendors.
• Perform SQL/PLSQL tuning and ensure data integrity and performance.
• Provide 24x7 production support and issue resolution.
