Job summary

Mindfore Technologies is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 expertise to drive AR and Billing module implementations. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, perform fit/gap analyses with SMEs, and lead end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.

Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams in large teams is required. Experience with public sector projects and CAPPS Financials, AWE, SharePoint, Jira, and Scrum is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• 8+ years experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
• 8+ years experience in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with SMEs.
• 8+ years experience performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
• 4+ years experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• 2+ years experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
• 4+ years preferred experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).
• 2+ years preferred experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system.
• 2+ years preferred experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• 2+ years preferred experience with SharePoint.
• 1+ year preferred experience with Jira.
• 1+ year preferred experience working with the Scrum framework.
