• Support the complete Procure-to-Pay process, including requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, invoice matching, vouchers, supplier management, and payments.

• Configure and optimize PeopleSoft workflows, approval processes, payment rules, accounting distributions, and business-unit settings.

• Ensure accurate financial data flows between PeopleSoft Procurement, AP, and General Ledger modules.

• Participate in system separation activities, knowledge transfer, testing, and production support.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, internal controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

The Opportunity

We're partnering with a large, established industrial organization that's building a new Finance and HR technology team as part of a major business transformation.

We're looking for an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Financials Analystwho understands how financial systems support real-world business operations. This position focuses on Accounts Payable, Purchasing, eProcurement, and the full Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.

This isn't simply a system maintenance position. You'll help establish an independent enterprise applications environment, work alongside implementation partners, and take ownership of critical financial processes. There's also potential to participate in future ERP modernization initiatives as the organization evaluates its long-term technology strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as a functional expert for PeopleSoft Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and eProcurement.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on functional experience with PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM), particularly Accounts Payable and Purchasing/eProcurement.
• Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, including purchase orders, voucher processing, invoice matching, payments, and supplier management.
• Experience with PeopleSoft General Ledger integration, accounting entries, journal processing, and reconciliations.
• Ability to gather business requirements, document functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience That Would Be a Plus

• PeopleSoft Integration Broker, APIs, middleware, or financial system interfaces.
• PeopleSoft Query, reporting, and data analysis.
• Exposure to additional FSCM modules such as Asset Management, Project Costing, or Inventory.
• Experience with ERP migrations, system separations, or large-scale transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies.
