Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PeopleSoft Developer & Administrator to join our team. This is a remote opportunity for professionals with a strong background in PeopleSoft upgrades, implementations, and ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple PeopleSoft modules and a deep understanding of technical architecture and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft environments

- Perform upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance across PeopleSoft applications

- Work with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and Portal modules

- Install and configure PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), including domain creation

- Manage Change Assistant and apply tax updates (e.g., 19B, 19C, 19D, 20A)

- Set up and manage Elastic Search and Integration Broker

- Troubleshoot and optimize performance for App Server, Web Server, and Process Scheduler

Required Skills

- Proven experience in PeopleSoft administration and development

- Expertise in PeopleTools, PUM, and Change Assistant

- Solid understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and integration tools

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
