DXC Technology in Arlington, VA seeks a seasoned PeopleSoft CRM developer to design, customize, and optimize CRM capabilities, including ticket intake, case management, and service requests, using PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Integration Broker.
You will build integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, support upgrades, troubleshoot defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable CRM solutions in a secure, government-friendly environment.

Design, develop, configure, and enhance PeopleSoft CRM capabilities supporting ticket intake, case management, service requests, assignment, routing, escalation, and resolution tracking. Develop and modify CRM pages, components, records, business logic, workflows, worklists, notifications, queries, and batch processes using Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, and SQL. Build and support integrations between PeopleSoft CRM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Broker, web services, JSON/XML messaging, file-based interfaces, and other enterprise integration patterns. Design and enhance user-facing CRM screens and workflows to improve usability, data quality, and process efficiency; support Fluid or other modern PeopleSoft UX patterns where applicable. Support PeopleSoft CRM and PeopleTools upgrades, patches, and retrofits, including impact analysis, code comparison, customization remediation, regression support, and validation of upgraded functionality. Troubleshoot CRM defects, workflow failures, integration errors, data problems, and production incidents; perform root-cause analysis and implement durable fixes. Configure CRM business rules, queues, statuses, assignment logic, security roles, templates, alerts, and notifications to support reliable service operations. Develop reusable utilities, scripts, and automation to improve deployment, testing, interface monitoring, data validation, troubleshooting, and operational support. Perform unit testing, peer/code reviews, defect retesting, and regression support; create validation queries and test data to confirm functionality and data integrity. Migrate and promote CRM objects and configuration across development, test, and production using established configuration, change-control, and release-management practices. Monitor application behavior, batch processing, interfaces, logs, and SQL; collaborate with DBAs, middleware, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to diagnose cross-platform issues. Maintain technical designs, interface specifications, deployment instructions, support procedures, code documentation, and knowledge articles for CRM enhancements and integrations. Collaborate with functional analysts, Product Owners, testers, help desk teams, and stakeholders to refine requirements, demonstrate functionality, support UAT, and deliver maintainable solutions. Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret security clearance. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. 3+ years of hands‑on PeopleSoft development experience, including experience developing or supporting PeopleSoft CRM, case management, help desk, service-management, or comparable CRM functionality. Strong PeopleTools development skills including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, PS Query, and SQL; experience developing or consuming REST/SOAP APIs is required. Experience designing and modifying PeopleSoft pages/components, workflows, notifications, business rules, security, batch processes, and integrations in an Oracle‑based enterprise environment. Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, retrofits, object comparisons, testing, migration, and production deployment of customized application components. Strong debugging skills across application logic, SQL, interfaces, batch processing, and integration messages; ability to perform root‑cause analysis and deliver maintainable solutions.
Hands‑on PeopleSoft CRM experience with help desk/service requests, ticket or case management, worklists, routing, notifications, and service operations. Experience integrating PeopleSoft CRM with HCM, identity/access management, email, reporting, external APIs, middleware, or other enterprise platforms. Knowledge of integration best practices including REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, error handling, logging, interface security, retries, and data validation. Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid, responsive UX patterns, or modernization of legacy PeopleSoft pages and navigation is a plus. Working knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL troubleshooting, UNIX/Linux/Solaris environments, and enterprise batch processing. Experience in Agile or SAFe environments with requirements refinement, code reviews, repeatable testing, release management, and production support.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job‑related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $92,000 - $171,000. Full‑time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
