The role requires hands-on administration, system monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, and security administration, with close collaboration across development, database, and infrastructure teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
• Knowledge of PeopleTools, Application Designer, and Process Scheduler.
• Experience with PeopleSoft security administration, roles, and permission lists.
• Understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and application infrastructure.
• Experience with troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and production support.
• Knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server databases.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and support PeopleSoft environments.
• Manage PeopleSoft Application Server, Process Scheduler, and Web Server.
• Perform environment monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Manage PeopleSoft user accounts, roles, permission lists, and security profiles.
• Configure and maintain row-level security and user access controls.
• Support security audits, access reviews, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues.
• Apply patches, updates, and manage PeopleSoft environment upgrades.
• Coordinate with development, database, and infrastructure teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and support production issues.
