Job summary

DIRECTV is offering a 10-week remote Summer Intern position in the People & Transformation team, designed to align students’ studies with real corporate projects. You will engage in case management, analysis and reporting or end-to-end project management to enhance employee engagement, ensure business continuity, and support compliance.

• Ability to research unfamiliar topics, evaluate information from multiple sources, identify gaps or trends, and summarize findings.
• Comfort working with data and artificial intelligence tools, including checking quality, preparing basic analyses, and developing reports.
• Professional communication skills and the confidence to ask thoughtful questions, seek clarification, and share well-supported recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with guidance.
• Curiosity, adaptability, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
• A proactive, dependable approach and a commitment to completing high-quality work.

Who we’re looking for:

Program Details

• Duration: 10-week remote internship (This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.)

• Program Dates: 6/7/27 - 8/13/27 or 6/14/27 - 8/20/27

• Eligibility: Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future

• This position can earn $20 - $28 per hour, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at DIRECTV offers. (Undergrad $20 per hour; Grad $28 per hour.)
