Job summary

DIRECTV is offering a 10-week remote Summer Intern role in the People & Transformation team. You will align your academic background with meaningful projects related to employee experience and program support, with exposure to case management, analysis, reporting, or end-to-end project management.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master's candidate with focus in Organization Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Analytics, Legal Studies, Public Policy, Risk Management, Consulting or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools.
• Ability to support projects by maintaining trackers and coordinating follow-up in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to research unfamiliar topics, evaluate information from multiple sources, identify gaps or trends, and summarize findings.
• Comfort working with data and AI tools, including checking quality, preparing basic analyses, and developing reports.
• Professional communication skills and the confidence to ask thoughtful questions and make informed recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments with guidance.

Who we’re looking for:

Program Details

• Duration: 10-week remote internship (This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.)

• Program Dates: 6/7/27 - 8/13/27 or 6/14/27 - 8/20/27

• Eligibility: Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future

• This position can earn $20 - $28 per hour, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at DIRECTV offers. (Undergrad $20 per hour; Grad $28 per hour.)
