UnitedHealth Group is seeking a People Team Intern in Eden Prairie, MN, for a 10-week onsite internship. You will support data entry, data quality, AI prompt development, and process improvement across People operations, with exposure to Talent, Analytics, and Compensation teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team-based environments.
• Proven solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN five days per week for the full 10-week duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Provide data entry and data quality support across People Team systems.
• Assist with AI prompt development and testing to improve workflow efficiency and innovation.
• Support process execution, documentation, and continuous improvement of existing workflows.
• Contribute to project work across functions such as People Business Partner, Talent, Analytics, and Compensation.
• Organize, track, and maintain project deliverables, timelines, and outputs.
• Partner with team members to translate business needs into structured tasks and actionable outputs.
• Support initiatives aligned with evolving business priorities.
