The Bloom Africa is a nonprofit focused on developing women and girls across Africa, from girlhood to global leadership. This role owns hiring and people operations for both The Bloom Africa team and Bloom Talent, ensuring every hire and placed talent is ready, reliable, and supported.

You will write and publish job posts, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and onboard new team members and placed talent.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in HR, recruitment, or talent operations
• Experience screening high volumes of candidates
• Working knowledge of Nigerian employment practices
• Strong written communication and sharp attention to detail
• Confidence using AI tools to build workflows and templates
• Availability for overlap with US business hours

Aufgaben

• Write and publish job posts for the team and Bloom Talent partners
• Screen applications, run screening calls, and check references
• Schedule interviews and manage the hiring process from start to offer
• Onboard new team members and placed talent
• Run partner check-ins and flag early warning signs in placed talent
• Keep people records, including reviews, performance plans, and documentation
