Job summary

Garnet Bridge, a fractional People & Talent advisory firm, seeks a People & Talent Advisor to support multiple clients with HR and Talent services. You will manage client relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and handle administrative tasks while tracking billable hours to ensure accurate invoicing.

You will thrive in dynamic environments, build strong client partnerships, and help clients navigate growth and change through effective people strategies.

Qualifications

  • Mid-level experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
  • Bachelor's degree in HRM or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Slack and G Suite; familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Trusted Advisor: Advise and guide clients on People & Talent matters.
  • Client Support: Provide HR and Talent services tailored to each client.
  • Administration: Handle general administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Adaptability: Switch between clients and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Onsite Presence: Work onsite at least three days per week; travel as required.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent Garnet Bridge and contribute to business development.
  • Billing Accuracy: Track billable hours to ensure accurate client invoicing.

Summary:

As our People & Talent Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for multiple clients, offering stellar People & Talent services. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that each client receives personalized, high-quality support tailored to their unique needs. You'll juggle a variety of administrative tasks, track billable hours with precision, and consistently deliver exceptional client experiences. Your ability to build strong relationships and understand each client's business and workforce dynamics will be key to providing solutions that truly make a difference. Key Responsibilities:
  • Trusted Advisor: Advise and guide clients on People & Talent matters.
  • Client Support: Provide People & Talent services, including HR and Talent Acquisition, tailored to each client.
  • Administration: Handle general administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Adaptability: Switch between clients and adjust as their priorities change.
  • Onsite Presence: Work onsite at least three days per week, with possible overnight travel to client worksites, meetings, and conferences.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent Garnet Bridge and contribute to business development.
  • Billing Accuracy: Track billable hours so clients are billed accurately.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Mid-level experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management or comparable hands-on experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Slack, and G Suite. Exposure to various HRIS and payroll solutions is a plus.
  • Core Competencies: Problem-solving and time-management skills. You can prioritize work across multiple clients.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable leading conversations and presenting to groups.

Location:

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $80,000 annually (plus potential bonuses through business development work)
